Strengthening Health Conversations: Tools for Clarity and Credibility Online
Sensitive conversations with patients can be difficult and stressful. Through interactive activities and discussion, participants will be introduced to the landscape of consumer health information and resources to provide patients with better health information as well as effective communication tools for navigating these conversations.
This course has been previously approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™(1.5 hours) and for 1.5 hours Nursing continuing education.
