This training will equip you with the skills to effectively use Alma Analytics for managing and analyzing your print collections.The session will cover:

• Alma Analytics for Print Collections - An overview of how to leverage Alma Analytics for insights into your physical items and bibliographic data.
• Organization & Access – Learn about navigating folders and file naming, along with best practices for organizing your analytics workspace.
• Public vs. Internal Reports – Identify different reports and choose the right report type for your needs
• Report Ownership – Learn guidelines for managing report access and permissions.

Hands-on Practice – We will take a deep dive into a sample base report developed by Library West to demonstrate its application to Google Books and other print collection initiatives.

Further Resources will be shared so you will know how to access detailed Alma Analytics training and support materials.
