Ask A Librarian Refresher

Ask A Librarian Refresher Online

Do you have questions about dLOC? Answering research questions? What about problem patrons on chat? This program is a refresher for experienced agents on the Ask a Librarian service and aims to answer these questions and more. We will go over new features and review best practices for supporting our patrons. Come with comments, questions, and issues you have about scheduling, patron queries, and the LibChat interface. If you are new to our Libraries, please reach out to CJ to schedule a 1-on-1 overview of Ask A Librarian before registering for this session, as this training is for established Ask A agents.
