Introduction to Linux command line and Bash Scripting (Online) Online

Linux is an open-source Unix style operating system and shell is a program providing an interface between the user and the operating system. A bash script is several commands written into a file and executed line by line. This workshop introduces the Linux shell, the bash interpreter and writing basic bash scripts to efficiently do repeated tasks. It also teaches how to customize shell behavior to suit your programming needs.

This workshop is open to everyone; NO previous experience with programming/shell/bash/command-line is required.
