An Introduction to Twine Sugarcube 2: Making an Interactive Fiction Game (Hybrid)

An Introduction to Twine Sugarcube 2: Making an Interactive Fiction Game (Hybrid) In-Person / Online

This is a hybrid workshop where students can attend in person or online via Zoom.

Workshop Description: This workshop introduces the current version of Twine Sugarcube, a format for coding a text-based interactive fiction game. It will cover the basics of creating passages, linking between branching paths, setting variables for player characters, and other functions. Basic knowledge of HTML does help with understanding how Twine coding works but is not required for this workshop. If you’ve wanted to design your own interactive fiction game but don’t know where to start, this workshop is for you.
