Are you starting your mid-career journey this fall?  Are you just curious about the process? This T&P Support Committee workshop includes an overview of the mid-career review process, a discussion of packet preparation, and time for questions and experience sharing with representatives from Library HR, the Tenure & Promotion Committee, and others. We’ll also share suggestions and stories from colleagues who’ve recently completed the mid-career process. 

If you are unable to attend this workshop but interested in the content, please email moderators Erin Gallagher and Natercia Valle. We are happy to share presentation materials, including a list of colleagues who are willing to share their mid-career packets on request.
