From A to Gen Z: The ABCs of Leading Gen Z in the Workplace - FLW Online

Statistics indicate that around 27% of Gen Z is expected to significantly influence the workforce by 2025. Today’s workforce encompasses up to five distinct generations, spanning from Baby Boomers to Gen Z. Each generation expresses themselves and their ideas uniquely. As a result, leaders find themselves needing to navigate the evolving workplace environment. In this webinar, we will explore the intricacies of the Gen Z demographic, aiming to understand their unique needs and discuss effective mentorship strategies.

Participants will learn:
● Characteristics that define Gen Z
● Communication skills for clarity and engagement
● Tips for recruitment and retention
● Transformational vs transactional leadership
