Faculty Evaluations Online
Performance evaluations are important tools in documenting our accomplishments each year and in providing written feedback on job performance, scholarship, and service. Faculty are expected to provide comprehensive documentation on their efforts and goals and receive important feedback on their progress towards tenure (for non-tenured faculty) and promotion. Join Ben Walker, our Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, for the information you need to navigate the Libraries’ faculty performance evaluation process, including the timeline, documentation requirements, and ratings.
New faculty and their supervisors should attend to better understand the faculty evaluation process and expectations.
