DiSC Agile EQ - LTS In-Person

DiSC® is part of an organizational development initiative for providing workplace teams insights into the diversity of interpersonal styles within their team and the organization. Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ continues the DiSC® journey by teaching you to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and how to take an agile approach to respond to the situation. Participants that attend this session with their unit will receive the Agile EQ report that includes additional results and insights in the DiSC Catalyst site. You can see a sample report here.
