Session 2 - Aligning Expectations and Communication
Date: Tuesday, October 4, 10am - 12pm noon
This session will provide an opportunity to create community and enhance open communication skills. Participants will be invited to share their goals and expectations for mentoring (what they hope for, what they find most helpful, pain points, etc.). Participants will discuss communication preferences and expectations, and best practices in giving and receiving feedback.
