DiSC Team Culture Report Workshop - pilot In-Person
Title: DiSC Team Culture Report Workshop

DiSC is part of an organizational development initiative for providing workplace teams insights into the diversity of interpersonal styles within their team and the organization. DiSC team culture report description: This 13-page report provides a composite of your group’s DiSC® styles and identifies your group’s DiSC® culture and what that means for your group. It helps your team determine and explore the advantages and disadvantages of your group’s DiSC culture, discuss its effect on group members, and examine its influence on decision-making and risk-taking. Does not include participant names.
Agenda:
- Review the DiSC quadrants and what the areas mean.
- Share the team DiSC culture report and go over the report information together.
- Discuss the following questions about the team report.
- What do you all notice about your team report?
- What is your team especially good at?
- What behaviors does your team reward?
- How are your team members different?
- How do you all likely deal with conflict?
- Final discussion
- What do we want people outside our unit to remember about our team's culture?
