Library West Change Location

Library West offers group study rooms and individual study carrels for student use.

Patrons may book up to 4 30-minute blocks, for a total of 2 hours per day. This includes both group study rooms and individual study carrels combined. Bookings may last for a duration of 30 minutes to 2 hours (120 minutes). Only one space may be booked at a time. You may book up to 2 weeks in advance.

Group study rooms are for 2 or more people. Patrons are not permitted to reserve them for the purpose of studying alone or taking an exam.

Individual study carrels are for 1 person. Patrons are not permitted to reserve them for the purpose of studying with a group. The carrels do not lock, and the area may be prone to interruption, so we do not recommend them for taking an exam.

Once your booking has been successfully submitted, you will receive an email from LibCal confirming your reservation. You can cancel your reservation at any point up until the reserved time via the link in the confirmation email.
